Our pricing works on a sliding scale model. Choosing the tier that best fits your financial ability helps make resilience coaching accessible to all households, regardless of circumstances. Choosing the Standard tier if you are able is not only an investment in one household—you're helping keep costs lower for households with less disposable income. 

NOTE: The Standard tier is recommended for households with 3 or more sources of income.

Session 1: Foundation & PATCH Introduction

Focus: Household values, life season assessment, and introducing PATCH as interconnected cycles  

Time: 90 minutes (head of household + 1-2 key family members)

 Session 2: Plant & Adapt Integration

Focus: Setting resilient intentions (Plant) while building flexibility for unexpected events (Adapt)  

Time: 75 minutes

Focus: Nurturing relationships within household and building community networks (Tend)

Choosing the Standard tier if you are able is not only an investment in one organization—you're helping keep costs lower for grassroots and resource-limited organizations.

NOTE: Advertised pricing tiers are based on 10 or less full-time staff. An additional 30% will be charged for up to 15 full-time staff (11-15 full-time staff = 30% price increase). Price increases account for additional Coach workload and overall package value. and can be found on the Packages page.

Sessions 1-2: PATCH Assessment & Foundation Setting

Session 1 Focus: Assess what you're already planting, adapting, tending, composting, and harvesting across operations and establishes baseline intentions & goals (≤3 key staff); 

Session 2 Focus: Integrate full staff to map existing cycles and identify priority areas.

Session 3: Plant & Adapt Integration

Focus: Strategic intention-setting (Plant) paired with building organizational flexibility (Adapt) - continuity planning that can evolve, resource networks that can shift, policy frameworks that can respond

• Time: 90+ minutes (virtual, full staff)

Sessions 4-5: Tend & Compost Cycles

Session 4 Focus: Nurturing internal relationships and external partnerships (Tend); Session 5 Focus: Releasing what's not working and transforming challenges into organizational wisdom (Compost)

• Time: 75 minutes each (virtual, full staff)

Sessions 6-8: Harvest & Next Cycle Planning

Focus: Integrate service provision strategies while harvesting organizational learning, strengthening partnerships through PATCH lens, and setting up sustainable PATCH rhythms for ongoing resilience  

• Result: Celebrate growth, document successful practices, prepare for next PATCH cycle

• Time: 60-90 minutes each (site visits, full staff)

This coaching structure is designed to help organizations recognize and optimize their existing PATCH patterns rather than imposing a linear process, supporting cyclical resilience thinking throughout –and long after– implementation.

After completing your Nonprofit & CBO Resilience Coaching program, continue strengthening your organizational cycles with our Light Support Retainer. This partnership includes 2 hours of monthly consultation time, priority email response, and quarterly PATCH cycle reviews to help you navigate disruptions and maintain adaptive capacity as they arise.

Available in Standard ($350/month), Reduced ($280/month), and Community ($210/month) tiers.
