Choosing the Standard tier if you are able is not only an investment in one household—you're helping keep costs lower for households with less disposable income.

Session 1: Foundation & PATCH Introduction
Focus: Household values, life season assessment, and introducing PATCH as interconnected cycles

Choosing the Standard tier if you are able is not only an investment in one organization—you're helping keep costs lower for grassroots and resource-limited organizations.
NOTE: Advertised pricing tiers are based on 10 or less full-time staff. An additional 30% will be charged for up to 15 full-time staff (11-15 full-time staff = 30% price increase). Price increases account for additional Coach workload and overall package value. and can be found on the Packages page.

This coaching structure is designed to help organizations recognize and optimize their existing PATCH patterns rather than imposing a linear process, supporting cyclical resilience thinking throughout –and long after– implementation.
After completing your Nonprofit & CBO Resilience Coaching program, continue strengthening your organizational cycles with our Light Support Retainer. This partnership includes 2 hours of monthly consultation time, priority email response, and quarterly PATCH cycle reviews to help you navigate disruptions and maintain adaptive capacity as they arise.
